I want to book a seat.
正式:I want to book a table.

港式:Captain, give me the menu.
Captain, please bring me the menu.

港式:May I call dishes now?
May I order now?

港式:I'd like my steak seventy percent, please.
I'd like my steak medium-well, please.

港式:I prefer ice-cream than pudding.
正式:I prefer ice-cream to pudding.

港式:I think the bill is calculated wrongly.(香港人將計錯數直譯)
正式:I think the bill is wrong.

港式:It is too hot here. Would you open the air-conditioner?
It is too hot here. Would you turn on the air-conditioner?

港式:Have you eaten your breakfast?
Have you had your breakfast?

Do you have reservation?
正式:Do you have a reservation?

港式:We are not opened till five o'clock.
正式:We are not open till five o'clock.

港式:Do you like a drink?
正式:Would you like a drink?

港式:Are you ready to order dishes now?
正式:Excuse me, are you ready to order now?
